How can a moderately good piano player get better?

Okay, i've been playing the piano for around 7-8 years and i'm Grade 6 or 8 ABRSM.
However, i'm stuck in a rut and I don't seem to be getting better.
What can I do? ( I practice every day 15-30 mins)

First of all, 15-30 minutes is really not enough to make progress at your level. 15-30 minutes perhaps is enough or ok for beginners, especially small kids.

I am not sure if you have a teacher or not. Usually, the problem of not having a teacher would kind of put a halt on you, for playing piano is not just playing notes out and follow the signs. You need to know proper techniques, interpretation, and artistry to do certain passages in some music. Without these, it's hard to climb up. Using the weight on arm, and shoulder, motion of wrist, articulation of fingers, and etc.... all these need to be stressed.

I am sure that you pretty much can play anything now by reading the notes (recognize notes and expressions), yet it is just a matter to achieve it or not. Are you able to play the music as it is intended to be, and are you able to play some difficult pieces just with plenty of practices? These questions depend if you have a proper training and approach. This has to be done with a teacher
