Can I get some tips for playing arpeggios on the piano?

The ones in specific that I've been trying to play are Bliss by Muse (the intro) and Butterflies and Hurricanes by Muse (the piano solo). Thing is though, whenever I try playing arpeggios, they don't come out smoothly. They come out really choppy because I can't really cross over too fast and be precise on where I place my fingers. Can I get some tips for arpeggios on the piano, please?

I don't know the music, but the way to play arpeggio is similar or the same. When you play arpeggios, pay attention to your wrist and elbow. Don't force yourself to play arpeggios without being flexible on your wrists. When you play the first 3 notes, your elbow should move outwards more and more. Once you finish the third finger playing the third note (often fingering: 123 123 123....1235), your thumb would be ready to play to play the forth note without any problem, because your elbow is out which leads your thumb to connect after the third note smoothly. Once you reach the thumb for the forth note, elbow slightly goes inwards and immediate going outward again to lead fingers 123. Keep a relax wrist is very important to play arpeggios. Do it very slowly but connect each note, while watching your hand, wrist, and elbow movement. If you are stiff on all these parts, your arpeggios would sound choppy.
